Privacy policy
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Leadz (leadz.guru) is an outreach workspace for businesses. It finds business contacts, drafts outreach messages for review, and runs an outreach bot on the customer's behalf. This policy explains what information Leadz handles, why, and the choices people have.
Who this covers
- Users: people a customer invites to sign in to a Leadz workspace.
- Business contacts: people at other companies that a customer's workspace may contact about business.
Information about users
- Sign-in details. When you sign in with Google, Leadz receives your name, email address and Google account ID. If you sign in with email, Leadz stores your email address and a protected password.
- Workspace access. Which workspaces you belong to and whether you are an administrator.
- Your actions. Reviews you make (for example approving or rejecting a lead or company) and the settings you save, with the time they were made.
Leadz uses this only to sign you in, check your access, and run the workspace. Leadz does not request access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data. Leadz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information about business contacts
- Professional details: name, job title, company, time in role and public LinkedIn profile address.
- Company details: company name, website, industry, city, size and public description.
- Outreach records: message drafts, messages sent through the customer's LinkedIn account, connection status and replies.
This information comes from public professional profiles, business-contact data providers, and lists the customer provides. It is used only to find relevant business contacts for the customer and to manage the customer's outreach. Leadz does not sell it.
Service providers
Leadz uses trusted providers to run the service: hosting and database (Vercel and Supabase, in the United States), sign-in (Google), business-contact data providers, and AI services that help draft messages. They process information only to provide their service to Leadz.
Cookies
Leadz uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in, and stores a few display preferences (such as whether the side menu is hidden) in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, and each workspace's data is separated so that only its members can see it. Leadz keeps information while the customer's workspace is active, and deletes it when the customer asks or the workspace is closed, unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, or ask a workspace to stop contacting you. Business contacts can opt out by replying to any message or by writing to us. Write to amirflax@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
