Terms of service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms apply to anyone who uses Leadz (leadz.guru). By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business that gave you access.
The service
Leadz is a business outreach workspace. It finds business contacts, drafts outreach messages, and runs an outreach bot according to the settings the customer chooses. Leadz is for business use only.
Access
Access is by invitation. The customer's administrator decides who can sign in and to which workspaces. Keep your sign-in private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Your responsibilities
- Review drafts before they are sent. You are responsible for the messages sent from your workspace and for the settings you choose.
- Use Leadz lawfully, including privacy and anti-spam laws and the terms of any platform you connect, such as LinkedIn.
- Contact people only about legitimate business, and respect anyone who asks not to be contacted.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, copy it, or reach another workspace's data.
Data
Your workspace's data belongs to your business. Leadz uses it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep Leadz running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that every contact detail is correct, or that outreach will produce results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Leadz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, and its total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk. A customer can stop using Leadz at any time and ask for its data to be deleted.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Leadz after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
